Securely give online using your checking account, credit, or debit card to make a one-time or recurring donation. You can also give directly to a specific fund here.
Text to Give
For your convenience, you can securely donate by text using a credit or debit card. Text “give” to (253) 200-3286. If you’re giving for the first time, you will receive a text with a link to easily and securely register your payment information.
Tax Deductible Donation Guidelines
Thank you for your desire to give to the causes of God’s kingdom through a charitable donation to First Presbyterian Church Tacoma and the ministries that we support. In order to continue our compliance with the tax law as a 501(c)(3) organization, we are providing the following guidelines for tax-deductible donations.
As a Section 501(c)(3) organization, all gifts to First Presbyterian Church Tacoma are deductible as charitable contributions for federal and state income tax purposes. First Presbyterian Church Tacoma will do everything we can to honor fund designations but as required by law, gifts are given with the understanding that First Presbyterian Church Tacoma has complete control and discretion over all donated funds.

Electronic Payment Option FAQs
What is the Electronic Payment Option? It is an internet payment system that allows you to make donations at First Presbyterian Church Tacoma. You have the opportunity to make a payment from your credit or debit card, or from your checking or savings account. You may also choose to set up the payment on a recurring basis (semi- monthly or monthly).
Will it cost me anything? There is no cost to you for donating on-line. However, First Presbyterian Church Tacoma will incur a 2.75% credit card processing fee for all credit and debit card transactions. You may wish to increase your donation to offset this cost. Transfers from your checking or savings account will not incur this fee.
