Building Maintenance Request

Our goal at First Presbyterian Church Tacoma with the new maintenance request procedures is to improve request completion and tracking, and to protect the time and schedule of our maintenance team, including the Building Superintendent and Custodians. Our maintenance team has a weekly schedule of tasks. Random requests made to the team in passing both disrupts their schedule and distracts them from their prioritized task list for the week/day.
 
Requests will be reviewed by Building Superintendent and Director of Church Operations and will either be approved or rejected. Not all requests will be approved. Requests will either be completed by the Building Superintendent or the Buildings and Grounds Committee. Some requests may require committee approval. For all maintenance requests, please complete this form — no verbal requests to David Spencer or the custodial staff.
